At Kurapa Moyo, we value the trust you place in us when supporting our work or joining our programs. This Refund Policy explains how we handle payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable.

Donations directly support our wellness programs and community initiatives.

If you believe a donation was made in error or without authorisation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@kurapamoyo.com, and we will review the request.
Program Fees & Services
If you have paid for participation in a Kurapa Moyo program, event, or service:
Cancellations by Participants:

Requests made 7 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

Requests made within 7 days of the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds are available once the program has begun.

Cancellations by Kurapa Moyo:

If we cancel or postpone a program, you will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future program.
Digital Products & Resources

Purchases of digital products (e.g., guides, recordings, or toolkits) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Kurapa Moyo is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
